Registration

How can I register for G-STIC Brussels?

Registration is required and free of charge. If you’ve expressed interest, you’ll receive access to the registration form by email. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

When is my participation confirmed?

Your participation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.  

What is the no-show policy?

Participation is free of charge. If you cannot attend after registering, please cancel as soon as possible using the designated cancellation form, and no later than two weeks before the event.

In case of cancellation after this deadline, or if no timely notice is provided, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of EUR 75 (excl. VAT).

Is there a waiting list?

If registrations exceed capacity, a waiting list will be created. Those who expressed interest but didn’t secure a spot may be added to the list, and will be contacted by email on a first-come, first-served basis if places become available.

Language

In which language will the conference be held?

The conference will be held in English.

Location

Where will the conference take place?

G-STIC Brussels will be held at the Flemish Parliament in Brussels. Practical information about the venue and directions can be found on the venue page.

Travel & International Participants

Do I need a visa to attend?

Participants are responsible for checking the visa requirements that apply in their country of residence.

Can I request an invitation letter for visa purposes?

Invitation letters can be provided upon request after successful registration. Please direct your request to info@gstic.org.
